"I found the courage to get uncomfortable in pursuit of my life’s purpose and legacy."
~Steph Jones
About the Book
It is never too late to overcome one’s most crippling fears, become the person they have always aspired to be, and live the life they have always dreamed of. Running to Catch Up: Winning in Spite of Myself is a dedication to Steph’s 11-year-old self. It is the story of how, at 52 years of age, she made the decision to live her best life, with no fear of failure. Two years after making this decision, Steph has accomplished more in terms of personal and professional growth than she has in her entire adult life. She hopes that by being vulnerable and sharing her deepest fears, she will inspire people of all backgrounds and stages in life, particularly women. The future is bright, and Steph hopes that this book will give readers the courage to pursue their most authentic selves.
Steph faces eight fears head-on in Running to Catch Up: Winning in Spite of Myself
