Steph’s Best Life Tips
Health & Fitness
Find friends to work out with that are ahead of you in your fitness journey. They can provide expert advice while being a source of support and motivation. Friends who are good photographers, like Steph’s workout partner, Elise Dillard, are an added bonus. Capturing yourself on film as you cross numerous finish lines on your fitness journey is extremely gratifying.
Golf
Find a “just for fun” hobby. Golf is a stress-free sport that allows Steph to spend time with people she cares about. Steph laughs a lot when she golfs. Laughter, like fitness, keeps her feeling young.
Hair & Makeup
Fashion
Pick a childhood dream and just do it – Steph’s was to rip the runway as a fashion model. When the opportunity presented itself, she said yes, with no fear of failure.
Travel
Channel your inner Beyonce and be spontaneous – just show up at the airport and take an unplanned day trip for lunch with your spouse, weekend concerts to anywhere to see your favorite artist, girls trips, and family firsts.
Thrill Seeking
A quick getaway alone enjoying your own company may be your idea of thrill seeking. Just make sure you take safety precautions and that someone knows where you are at all times.
